
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Butter, Softened
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp. Almond Extract
2 cups of All Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp. Salt
4 oz. Raspberry Jam
4 oz. Nutella or Hazelnut Spread or Peanut Butter
Directions:
- Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the egg, vanilla and almond extract.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. once they are mixed together, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Line a sheet tray with parchment and make balls out of dough.
- Press your thumb or a teaspoon onto each ball to make an indent.
- Place a tsp of jam or nutella onto each ball.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely.
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp. cream
- Mix together until a glaze consistency. May require more cream.
- Drizzle over each cookie!
