Ingredients:

  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Can Evaporated Milk
  • 1 1/2 Cup Whole Milk or 2%
  • 2 Whole Bananas
  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1/2 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for the walnuts and chocolate chips. Blend Them until you have a smooth liquid. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. If you are not using an ice cream maker, Pour the liquid into a plastic container and place directly into the freezer. Stir the liquid every 1/2 hour while freezing.
  3. If you are using an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a frozen ice cream maker. Turn it on and allow to churn for 30 minutes.
  4. Once the ice cream is starting to thicken and become creamy, add in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
  5. If using the ice cream maker, at this point you want to transfer the ice cream into a separate plastic container. Allow it to freeze and you can scoop it and serve just like that.
