
Ingredients:
- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk
- 1 1/2 Cup Whole Milk or 2%
- 2 Whole Bananas
- 1/4 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/2 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients except for the walnuts and chocolate chips. Blend Them until you have a smooth liquid. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- If you are not using an ice cream maker, Pour the liquid into a plastic container and place directly into the freezer. Stir the liquid every 1/2 hour while freezing.
- If you are using an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a frozen ice cream maker. Turn it on and allow to churn for 30 minutes.
- Once the ice cream is starting to thicken and become creamy, add in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
- If using the ice cream maker, at this point you want to transfer the ice cream into a separate plastic container. Allow it to freeze and you can scoop it and serve just like that.
